At the start of each academic year papers over 4 years old are removed. The following departments have their own exception to this rule:
- Aero Auto – remove older than 3 years.
- Chemical Engineering – remove older than 3 years.
- Chemistry – remove older than 3 years.
- Civil & Bulding Eng – remove older than 3 years.
- Computer Science – remove older than 3 years.
- Materials – remove older than 3 years.
- School of Business and Economics – remove older than 3 years.
- Social Science – remove older than 2 years.
- Wolfson – remove older than 3 years.
Other exceptions to this rule can occur such as departments specifically removing papers from Learn.
Students may find it helpful to refer to earlier examination papers
associated with those modules that they are currently taking or planning
to take. However, this must be done cautiously as there is no guarantee
that courses remain the same from year to year. Please take advice from
the relevant module organiser in order to clarify the reliability of old
examination papers as guides to current assessment practices.
