*All new staff must complete a  Health Surveillance form which is available on the Health & Safety Website.  They will advise  about possible vaccinations ( Hep B).

*Full course of Hepatitis B – 3 injections 0,1 & 6 months apart. Booster after 5 years. Blood test should be done 2 months after third dose to establish good immunity.

*A record of immunisation is needed in training files.
