I can’t see the test I’m expecting
Is the test set up with a limited number of attempts? If so have you
exceeded this? Requests for additional attempts can only be made through
your tutor.
Is the test available for a limited time period? Have you exceeded
this? Requests to increase the time window can only be made through
your tutor.
If you don’t know the answers to the above questions, route your
query through IT Services
Information Desk.
My PC crashed while I was taking a test
Note down as much detail as possible and report your problem to IT
Services Information Desk.

Your tutor can look this up for you and should be your first port of
