I can’t authenticate to Learn
Contact IT Services Information Desk who can look your credentials up.

I can’t see the test I’m expecting

Is the test set up with a limited number of attempts? If so have you exceeded this? Requests for additional attempts can only be made through your tutor.

Is the test available for a limited time period? Have you exceeded this? Requests to increase the time window can only be made through your tutor.

If you don’t know the answers to the above questions, route your query through IT Services Information Desk.

My PC crashed while I was taking a test

Note down as much detail as possible and report your problem to IT Services Information Desk.

I’m not sure if I recorded a result

Your tutor can look this up for you and should be your first port of call. Alternatively contact IT Services Information Desk.

My coursework test is missing graphics

Contact caa@lboro.ac.uk - include your login ID, the exact test name, the module code, and ideally the name of your tutor.

The system appears to be offline

Are you trying to access the system during our down time window (07.00 – 08.00)? If so try again outside of these hours.
