A phishing scam advertising a job vacancy is circulating the university, and is requesting personal details, bank information and a personal email address. Please do not reply to this email or send any sensitive details to unknown senders. 

Steps to take, if you have:- 

• received the email / replied - do not engage with them any further and delete the email(s)
  
• sent them your personal email address - take steps to secure your personal account
  
• received a reply from a Gmail account - block the sender via your Loughborough account and/or personal account (DO NOT block any Loughborough email addresses)
  
• sent them your bank details - contact your bank immediately
