Learn is currently being upgraded for the new academic year. Learn will be unavailable until approximately 5pm on Monday 7th July.

Please note: if you are a pre-sessional student please check your University email for links to resources that will be used whilst Learn is currently unavailable.

On the 7th and 8th of July, Learn is "rolled over" to the new academic year. On these 2 days Learn will be potentially unavailable to staff and students. The dates were chosen on the basis of feedback from School and Professional Services colleagues in order to minimise disruption.

During the rollover, modules from the current academic year are transferred to an archive system and will no longer be editable by staff.

When module resources go into the Learn archive, only students and staff who were registered on the module will be able to access them. Students taking the new version of a module will be unable to access the previous version of that module via the archive (unless they were registered on that module last year).

This process will transfer module material and activities to the new version of Learn, and as of the 9th of July staff will be able to edit materials for the new academic year.

The My Modules page will contain a link to the previous edition of Learn (Learn24) so that everyone can consult their modules from the last session.
