Due to essential maintenance work, in order to access Windows computers in IT labs on campus after 6am on Wednesday 26th May, you will need to register via the access request form at https://apps.powerapps.com/play/67700811-f598-4296-9b39-3ddae7b011a2?tenantId=cf264fc0-aeb8-449f-9054-82ce4454084b
This is a one-time process and IT Services will then process your request and ensure that you have access. We strongly recommend that you do this well in advance of when you need access to allow time for your request to be actioned, and please note that requests can only be processed between 8:30am and 17:00 Monday – Friday.
Please note that this only affects remote access to Windows computers – you will not need to do this if you want to have remote access to a Mac or if you want to use the computers in person.
If you are timetabled to use a computer for teaching between Wednesday 26th May and Friday 28th May you will be provided with access automatically.
What to expect when completing the form
You will be asked to log in to the Microsoft form using your University username and password, you will need to provide one of your module codes and then click submit. The browser address will start apps.powerapps.com and remember that IT Services will never ask you to disclose your password.
