Jisc have created you an account on the new version.

• To use it follow the steps below:-

• Go to app.onlinesurveys.jisc.ac.uk

• Enter your registered e-mail address

• Click 'Send me a verification code.'

• Check your inbox for the authentication email.

• Either click the 'Login to Online Surveys' button in the email or copy the verification code and paste it into the Online Surveys Login page.

Existing surveys in version 2 are not transferred to version 3. If you still have surveys or data in Online Surveys version 2 (www.onlinesurveys.ac.uk) all existing data will be held in this version until 31st July 2024. It is advised that you no longer create any new surveys in version 2.

Please note: it is not possible to collaborate on surveys between accounts on different versions of Online Surveys.
