The PC Clinic is no longer at the Library.

With effect from Monday 12th August, the Student PC Clinic service will no longer operate in the Pilkington Library.
This was traditionally set up as a walk-up service; to provide face to face IT support for students. However, since the pandemic, it has changed to an appointment only service, allowing students the flexibility to book a convenient date and time slot with an IT assistant.
This method of appointment only service has been extremely successful and as such, will continue to operate in this way for students.

Booking an appointment

Bookable appointments will be accessible from Monday to Friday during term time, with slot times from 12.30 pm to 3:30 pm

Staff arrangements have not changed. For IT related queries, issues or requests, please email the IT Service Desk at it.services@lboro.ac.uk.
