From Monday 21 September to Friday 02 October (excluding the weekend), IT Services will be hosting a temporary pop-up clinic in the library from 10:00am until 3:00pm to provide support and advice for students requiring IT support.

This will operate on a first-come, first-served basis, so we kindly ask that you bring your device, be prepared to take a seat, and wait briefly if necessary.

Where applicable, please ensure your device’s language settings are set to English before arrival, as this will help speed up the process. Please also be aware that while we’ll do our best to assist with University services and system issues, we may not be able to resolve all issues brought to us.

The PC Clinic supports Windows 11, Android 14+, macOS 14+ and iOS 16+. Older versions, Windows 10 devices and Chromebooks are not supported.

Please note: This service is NOT for University Managed Devices. Students or Staff that have a managed device must raise a support case by contacting IT Services at it.services@lboro.ac.uk

From Monday 05 October, the PC Clinic will re-open. The PC Clinic is a bookable, appointment only service where you can choose a convenient time to get IT support for issues with University services and systems on your personal devices.[GM1]  Appointments can be scheduled from Monday to Thursday between 12.30pm and 3:30pm in term time.
