As you may already be aware, every summer Learn is 'rolled over' to the next academic year. This means that modules from the current academic year are copied to an archived version of Learn in readiness for the new academic year. All module content on the majority of taught modules is automatically hidden in the active version of Learn pending review (and updating as appropriate) by module tutors.

This year the rollover will take place on Monday 20th / Tuesday 21st July. At the same time, the system which underpins Learn (Moodle) will be updated to version 2.8. As a consequence, https://learn.lboro.ac.uk/ will not be available from around 7:30am on the 20th until around 5pm on the 21st.

Anyone visiting Learn during this period will be greeted with a message explaining the downtime, and we will keep the site updated throughout the procedure.

Staff only: if you have any modules which need to remain active in the Learn archive, and you have not yet notified us of this, please do so via the usual channels.
