Once an assessment (or question) has been developed and is ready for final testing and then delivery to students, it must be published to the shared repository LOUGH. This is achieved by following the simple process outlined below.

1. Have the local repository containing the assessment open
2. Open and login to the shared repository LOUGH as follows:

Click on the icon under the menu bar, or

Select the 'File' menu > Open > Open Shared Repository.

A dialog box will pop up as follows:

Ensure the server setting is set to: tcp://caa.lboro.ac.uk:7800, then click 'Connect'

1. From the menu bar, select the ‘Window’ pull-down menu and choose 'Tile Horizontally' (This will split your screen 50/50, allowing you to see both your local and shared repository)

2. Copy and Paste the assessment (by right-clicking on the assessment), or assessment folder, from the local repository to the LOUGH repository
   
   Note: Transferring assessments between the local and Shared Repositories, also trasnfers across related questions so you do not need to transfer the questions used in the assessment seperately. If you've made changes to questions and not assessments, then you can copy/paste questions across in the same way.

3. Once the assessment has been copied to the LOUGH repository, schedule it web delivery.
