Authoring Manager

Issue Workaround
Copying individual questions containing images from the Shared to Local repository results in a broken path i.e. image placeholder being displayed in place of the image Copy the whole subtopic containing the question you wish to copy
If you copy an assessment sub-folder containing assessments from Local to the Shared repository you will not be able to see the sub-folders and assessments when scheduling a test. Create your assessments in the root level assessment folder in the Local repository and copy them to the root level folder in the Shared repository.

Reporting

Issue Workaround
Some users may not be able to run the 'Export to ASCII' and the 'Export to Excel' reports successfully. This is due to browser security. Hold the CTRL key down when clicking the 'Export' and 'Save' buttons. (Note: The Save option may be shown in a new browser tab)
If running a detailed view on the 'Coaching Report','Survey Report' or 'Gap Report' then images in a student script are not displayed This only relates to previous years results. 2008 onwards results will display correctly.
Reports are marked with an asterix indicating it is a 'manually modified result' None at present
The Distribute to Excel and Word options in the 'Test Analysis' report do not work. Distribute via html or pdf

Scheduling

Issue Workaround
The assessment timer, when taking a test, does not always show the correct amount of time. When creating a schedule for the test, always set the 'Overide Time Limit' option and put in the number of minutes for the test.
