The PC Clinic supports University Students with their personal devices and is available as a walk-up service from Wednesday 24th September until Friday 3rd October.
The PC Clinic will be temporarily based on the ground floor of the Graduate House (Angela Marmont building) from Wednesday 24 September until Friday 3 October. It will be open from 10:00am – 4:00pm (excluding the weekend)
This will operate on a first-come, first-served basis, so we kindly ask that you bring your device, be prepared to take a seat, and wait briefly if necessary.
Where applicable, please ensure your device’s language settings are set to English before arrival, as this will help speed up the process. Please also be aware that while we’ll do our best to assist, we may not be able to resolve all issues brought to us.
The PC Clinic supports Windows 11, Android 13+, macOS 13+ and iOS 16+. Older versions and Chromebooks are not supported.
Please note: This service is NOT for University Managed Devices. Students or Staff that have a managed device must raise a support case by contacting IT Services at it.services@lboro.ac.uk
